I was told your tires are balanced and rotated when your oil is changed with the purchase of your vehicle. We let Stanley change the oil on our new car because it came free with the car, our tires didn't get balanced or rotated. When asked why it wasn't done service man says well if you didn't ask they didn't do it. Instead he should have said oh I'm sorry let me get that corrected but no that's not what happened so we took it out of town and had it done for free at a different dealer.

Once again, we were COMPLETELY satisfied with our Stanley Chevrolet Gatesville experience. they WOW us every time. I took my 2013 Sonic in for its first oil change earlier in the week. I mentioned to Jeff Stroud that it was a good car but I never liked the color - black. he asked me for some details and got right on it. he called me the next day to report he had a car for us. of course, I bought it. even though it was not a wise financial move, we think so much of the staff that we buy!!!!
from the time i walked in until the time i left i was treated with the up most customer servise. i appreciate the service provided and will always use this dealership in the future.
