Recently I had an emergency with my Subarau Outback, which I had purchased at the Stanley Subaru in Ellsworth. I was one hour into a six hour drive when a beeping noise kept coming on. Knowing that the Belfast Stanley Dealership was coming up I stopped in hoping that they could assist me. When I purchased my 2020 Chevy Silverado I was told that new brakes were installed. Was also told my first oil change was free. Well.. this wasn’t so. They did agree to pay half but now I have to pay for brakes they told me were new. Very shady deals. I don’t know if it’s new management or just a new department manager but because you wanted to make 400 bucks off me, my next new vehicle will be with a totally different company along with all my friends and family. Stanley Chevrolet has been great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I trust the sales team. My last salesperson did give me some incorrect info about the features of my car, but in the long run this wouldn’t have changed my decision.
