Absolutely terrible customer service! I originally contacted them in April to have a propane fireplace inspected as I couldn’t get it to light. Then, we discovered that the propane wasn’t being filled by them so that is why it wouldn’t light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Okay, a good reason from Bierly's not to fly to my aid. My new rating is for the many years they did work for us in the store building.
A few years ago, my husband and I hired Bierly's to install a heating and air conditioning system in a store we were opening. I mean the whole thing. It was a gutted building. Had several years when they came back for maintenance reasons, we were always treated well, and always paid them promptly. Then, a few months ago I needed them to check out the furnace we have at HOME, which wasn't working properly, and they refused because we hadn't bought that system at their shop.
