My wife and I bought a 2024 (new) Ford Explorer from Stanley Ford in McGregor, TX in late September. The salesman we death with was a very nice person and he was very easy to come to the terms that suited us. Every part of the process went every well and everyone there was very polite. I love this dealership! No bullshit they are straight shooters and I respect that. I will definitely be returning.
Absolutely THE WORST consumer experience in my life. This dealership is a clown show. Gave parameters of what I was interested in, but was shown one truck. During discussions regarding purchase of this truck, things went from mediocre to bad, fast. After I'd stated any loan terms would be acceptable, Justin came up with a ridiculous 6.5+% interest rate and claimed that was best they could do for x # of months (72 maybe, idk).
