Just bought a used 2024 f-150 from Stanley Ford Mcgregor. Steven Kirkpatrick was my salesman and did a great job showing me the truck I wanted, low pressure, clear communication on details and worked hard with me to make a deal that worked for all of us. He was very open and upfront about what they could and couldn’t do to make it work and made the process easy to navigate. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I can only assume they did the oil change. They did not do a tire rotation because the technician said, "No rotation due to unpatchable nail in tire." I did not realize this until I got home and was reading the description of service. My fault because I should have read the paperwork before signing it and questioned the service while I was there.
