As a 30+ year Dr Arnold patient I'm always satisfied my care. He ALWAYS takes time to answer questions on my pre-written list. Being 70 yrs old, I was very nervious about this visit; however, nurse Enis(?) outgoing and positive attitude put me at ease. Kudos to both!!!
