Frank has done 2 inspections for us now, both times he has been unbelievably thorough. Communication is excellent and attention to detail is obvious. I appreciate the awesome inspections and the fact that Frank has went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, this is not a fluke. Many photos are taken and uploaded to a website, where you are able to view all photos and notes very easily. Cannot say enough about Stankus.
The inspector tested, but did not reset the GFIC in my garage; which my freezer was plugged into. I took me a few days until I needed something to notice that the freezer was without power. Couldn't take the chance and had to throw away several hundred dollars worth of food.
