I called and spoke to the owner, Jack, regarding a problem I was having with my A/C. He was kind and took the time to explain to me how my unit worked. As a result, I learned there really wasn't a problem at all. I appreciate the honesty and time he took to exlain it to me. He didn't try to snow me and sell a new unit I didn't need. Thank you.

We bought a house here in Chagrin and the furnace quit working less than a year after purchase in the height of the cold weather. Stankus sent out a team to look at the problem and gave us an estimate. They worked with our home owners insurance and we received a much higher refund than expected. They were very quick and even asked if we wanted space heaters until the unit could be installed. We couldn't be happier with the service we recieved. Thank you!

I cannot be happier with the service and price I received from Stankus Heating & Cooling. My water heater died and out of three companies I called, Stankus was the only company that did not expect me to pay a fee to tell me my water heater needed to be replaced. I so appreciated their ablility to ask me some questions about my old tank and estimate the cost of replacing it over the phone.
