I just called the answering service 5 hours ago and they just called. A nurse who didn’t even have access to my mother in laws files called us back not Dr Stanko or a doctor. This female nurse blew it off and said this can wait till Monday!! My Mother in law has very rare diseases one being her lungs and she just tested positive for Covid. This women nurse should not be on call at all. We will probably end up in the ER or she could die. This is so unacceptable no wonder they have a 3 star. Horrible. He was filling in for my regular doctor and wrote my prescription wrong and refused to fix it until my doctor came back. The medication may I add is experiencing a shortage and back order so it's extremely hard to get. So when I finally found the medication he refused to fix it. So from another medical professional to you this was not appreciated at all!!!
