Someone call my phone said I got an appointment for tomorrow. They’re gonna tell me I have to find out about insurance and this and that why you call my phone I didn’t make an appointment. The receptionist is very unprofessional. I got high blood pressure. I don’t got time for this crap…. Like don’t call people phones if you don’t know anything about them
I’m super disappointed with the service given at this hospital. I’ve visited doctor Edward like weeks ago for my back ache where my blood is drawn and they asked me to take X-ray for my back. They said X ray have been sent to the doctors office a week back but still I have not received any communication on the report. Also I’ve received the blood report and I don’t even know how to read it and no one even bothered to call me and discuss about the same. When I called doctor’s office there were not at all answering.
