Appointment was for 9:45 am, I was still waiting at 11:00am. Nurse said they did not know how much longer. I left.
I needed urgent ankle surgery and he stopped everything to do surgery on me. He is very compassionate and listened to my concerns. Very grateful that he was my surgeon.
Dr. Was behind on his appointments due to traffic mishap. I’m sure he felt rushed and the reason for my extremely brief discussion with him. I had more questions and concerns since I am in pain. After he and I can establish a prognosis maybe I will feel better about this doctor.
Dr. Stanislaw was very friendly, courteous and very professional. He went the extra mile to see that I was properly treated.
Dr. Stanislaw and his staff were courteous and knowledgeable. However, I waited an hour and a half for my scheduled appointment. No one informed me that the doctor was running behind; I feared I was forgotten at the end of the hall.
