Awesome ! The best pediatrician ever ! She is super thorough And understands that sometimes parents worry over silly things. She is kind, gentle and loving. A beautiful person and an excellent old-school style physician that cares about kids.
We have been going to Dr. Coufal since our son was born and he is now 4. She and ivonna are always very attentive and always show concern when my son is sick.
Takes a while to get used to her and he nurse but once you do, she is a gem.
Great first response and timely attentiveness, but we don't get the same kind of service after a few months. It feels like she is judging you, never allowing you to finish what you need to say, pushy and always in a hurry. We have been very patient with 30-45 minutes wait some time, but at the end, we expect some real care and concern. She just wants to diagnose and walk away without connecting to really help you. We are looking for new pediatrician now.
I have been taking my son to Dr. Coufal since he was a newborn. He is now 15. I found her by accident but I tell my son and husband how lucky we are that we found her. She and her nurse have always been professional, helpful and personable. Dr. Coufal is always very thorough, listens and helps with any special needs or special dr. appointments to get/give my son the very best care. In addition, whenever my son was sick, i was able to get him in the same day. She is a wonderful caring dr.!
Over the years , we have problem to find good and reasonable/reliable pediatrician . Dr.Coufal it's the real professional with high level of experience and skills . This place was special gift from god . I never give anyone 5 stars before but to be honest I wish I can give this Doctor 10+.The office staff/nurses the most friendly and hard working people we ever seen .You walk inside and you can just watch the performance and team work . They will treat you like their own family . God bless you
