They suck why in the hell do they give you appointment and see you 2 hours later
My Doctor is terrific, the facility is not. They must do a better job of handling anything that doesn't fall within their narrow procedures. Have waited 5 hrs because theur computer system was down. Nobody knows how to write? Now, have waited at least 8 days for a med to get refilled. This is a Residency program. The Doctors are on rotation, so another Doctor should be able to ok a non-narcotic med!
I don't care what people say. I've had great treatment and care here. Thanks!
This agency has great services for the mentally ill , my post is meaning that if some people would accept a dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance abuse , there is help available for the willing to search out the solutions.
The staff and services received was wonderful but the online medical record system sucks. I was given 3 different papers with how to create my online medical record system but after creating, it will not let me log onto my account. It keeps telling me to contact the practice or clinic but when I call them, they do not know anything about helping me. I wish I could contact someone in Administration I.T. who set up this online patient medical records and could either walk me through getting my medical records account in place ... read more
