I was not impressed with Tara's bedside manner or professionalism as I made an attempt to assess, through our initial appointment, whether she would be a capable and knowledgeable voice to help me deal with the issues I'm struggling with.

Tara is an excellent therapist! I have been seeing her for the past 9 months, on and off. She is so easy to open up to. This really allows us to dig deep and get to the root of my problems. She has logical solutions to any type of problem I bring up whether it be emotional, childhood traumas or husband/ family problems. She is so kind, relatable and understanding. I highly recommend Tara to anyone; adolescents, single adults, couples- her healing words will help anyone with any problem!

Highly recommend! Working with Tara has been awesome. We see her for couples counseling and have had a great experience. She is flexible when it comes to scheduling and has worked with us as life happens. During her sessions she focuses on the root cause, and does not look to place blame or take a side. Additionally, she helps make sure me and my spouse understand what we are both trying to communicate. She tries to make sure we get the most out of each session, and doesn't make you feel like your being rushed out the door.
