I Highly recommend Stanford & Sons! Our AC went out during a heatwave, and they came to the rescue. He was professional, punctual, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the fix and the pricing clearly before doing any work. The AC is running perfectly now. Fantastic customer service from start to finish!
Excellent experience from start to finish! They came out the same day to assess the issue, sent quotes over quickly, and had the parts ordered and installed the very next day. My AC was back up and running in no time. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated that they took pictures to explain everything they were doing. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient — 10/10 recommend!
Absolutely amazing service at honest prices! I had a frozen coil on my ac unit that was under a maintenance plan from one of the larger companies. After they diagnosed it, they determined it was low on Freon. They wanted to charge 4x what I thought it was worth plus another service call when it was defrosted. Mr. Stan was very honest and swift to do the job. We experienced a power outage days ago which knocked our A/C out. It slipped my mind to even go outside to hit the switch. I assumed it was Freon we needed. Given my experience with handy men, he did the inspection and did not bother to over charge me for anything unrelated. He dropped value info about things I should look out for that me and my wife are considering should we have any issues in the future. Mr. Stan has earned my business. We appreciate your help, sir.
Corrections: Tech initials are SK or his name is Stan. He was very rude Friday August 23rd did not explain what's going on with my unit all together. I gave Standford 5 stars after they finish installing the coil. Now I want to give them a -10. When they arrived they went straight in the attic to check the AC coil.
