The staff changes too much. There have been at least 10 different employees in less than 7 months. Must be poor management that can’t keep staff. Even the veterinarians have left.

I absolutely love the doctors and have been taking my fur babies and farm animals to them for years. Unfortunately, there have been changes to some staff and it's not the same friendly office environment it used to be. I wish the best to Dr. Carlton and Dr. Pettit!

this hospital has the most compassionate staff and doctors. They put the welfare of your pets first . I recommend them to everyone who has a loving pet that needs a vet. Thank you.

I can not say enough great things about this clinic. I called yesterday afternoon and they got me in this afternoon no problem. They are super friendly and go out of their way to help with the billing if you are having trouble. Highly recommended.
First let me say I live in Louisville. I have not found a vet I like better than Dr. Carlton. Years ago our cocker spaniel was very sick I called every vet in town and no one would see us since we were not a current patient. Dr. Carlton was referred by some family in Stanford as he took care of their horses. I called him at 10pm... he promptly answered. I explained what was going on he said come on down I’ll be here.
