Dr. Eri Fukaya, her nurse Judy, and the entire staff went far above and beyond my expectations. She was proactive, thorough, honest and extremely knowledgeable and supportive. We collaborated on a treatment plan. I am grateful to be in her care.
I absolutely love this doctor. She doesn't want just to prescribe medication. She works with you and we discuss how best to move forward to resolve the medical issues, veins, etc. What kind of exercises to do, her assistant me one and recommended the compression socks I needed to order and they actually fit properly. I just completed my vein surgery with her on Friday and she's a phenomenal doctor with an awesome bedside manneras well. I give her 5+ stars.
I had an ultrasound for venous insufficiency on January 29th at Stanford Portola Valley Vein Center, and I want to especially acknowledge the nurse who performed my ultrasound. The nurse Jerome who demonstrated was exceptional professionalism, empathy, and genuine attention to patient comfort. He took the time to understand the reason for my visit, explained the process clearly, and ensured I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Eri Fukaya is amazing! She’s incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. She explained my results clearly, examined me thoroughly, and gave thoughtful advice to keep my legs healthy. I felt completely cared for and respected. It’s rare to find a doctor so compassionate and meticulous. Highly recommend!
