Rude owner who does not care. Was supposed to be here for a job 3 hours ago. Called and the owner said he was too busy, then hung up on me. How people continue to give this guy money for treating everyone like the stuff he pumps out is beyond me. I would give him negative stars if I could.
Learnt a lesson about septic system service. Stanford Vacuum Service is NOT a septic system service professional. All they can do is pump out the tanks…nothing more. They don’t troubleshoot if their is a clog or any issue you could have in a septic system whether it is aerobic or gravity flow. A they charge you TOP DOLLAR on very trip. Recommend everyone to call a septic system service company such as HURT Septic Service because they provide answers to their service and have good results.
