It blows my mind that a neurologist with such high ratings on Google can miss something so important. Dr. Rapp has viewed my MRI before and somehow missed the fact that I have 3 herniated disc in my neck. Which has prolonged getting treatment for myself until months later. I have been through hell trying to get answers! Do yourself a favor and dont be fooled by reviews. Keep searching.
I have seen many neurologists to figure out what's going on... Dr. Rapp is by the most patient, kind doctor I have met. He educates, he asks many questions, and leaves you feeling heard and taken care of! Office staff is great also. Recommend Dr. Rapp to everyone looking for a neurologist that cares!
Dr. Rapp is a kind, caring specialist who listened to everything I had to say and went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. However, just to note that google has him listed as a “migraine specialist” and while that may be so, his office will not fill out any FMLA paperwork pertaining to migraines. I found this incredibly confusing as he had started treatments on my migraines and therefore was my treating doctor who’s staff would not fill out my FMLA paperwork pertaining to his treatment.
My 1st visit, went very well. I was impressed, he asked me a couple of questions, no doctor had ever asked me. All the staff is wonderful.
