One of the most important aspects of providing quality care is taking the time to listen to the patient. By receiving a detailed history, the proper diagnosis can be obtained in an expeditious manner. Moreover, being available to answer all the questions that the patient has will help to improve their understanding of their condition and will ensure compliance with their treatment.

This is the worst Neuro doc I have ever seen. He just gave me tons off meds said if they don't work we could try something else. Well he had nothing else, he has no clue how to treat migraines. I was in pain 24/7 for a year! Once in hospital I left in worse pain than I went in at. Then after switching doctors, he refused to treat my migraine where he is suppose to be head of neuro,(hospital) he told them to tell me to call my own doc, who doen't use that hosp. I was impatient! Denied care!
He was very kind and listened to both my husband and me. He was very thorough. We instantly liked him he is the answer to our prayers! The receptionist and nurse was very nice and accommodating. Very clean no complaints!
I have been going to this Dr. for about 4 months...he has prescribed me medications that cannot be stopped without being weaned off yet every month I have to make several phone calls trying to get refills along with my pharmacy... now after this past week of multiple attempts I have run out of medications and I do not know what is going to happen since I will not be stopping cold turkey instead of being weaned off these important medications properly even though I need them. very unprofessional
Tried 4 times to get some direction on how we were going to proceed with treatment after a medication that cost too much through my insurance was prescribed. I never got a call back and the very last time I called they said they were calling in a script to the pharmacy but they never did. No explanation given as to why I was ignored. I have never experienced this with a drs office. I would recommend avoiding this neurologist.
