Very disappointing experience. The clinic refused to see me because of its 10-minute late policy, even though I arrived exactly at the 10 minute mark. The staff showed no willingness to accommodate the situation and strictly enforced the policy in a way that felt unreasonable. Poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.
Dr. Rebekah Case is excellent: I’ve requested that she be made my primary care provider, going forward. She was the most patient and comprehensive doctor that I’ve gone to. By far.
Their staff and doctors are good and helpful. Inside the clinic is not too crowded and also with plenty of parking. Only thing is not sure if they're accepting new patients.
Everything went as expected, which was very well. Thank you!
