All the staff was super welcoming, processional, and helpful. Rene, Patricia, and Dr. Case all had a professional but fun aire about them, they brought levity into some more personal topics, and made me feel confident about next steps to improve my help. If I could give zero stars for their billing and patient communication, I would. I am currently dealing with a completely unjustified charge due to a blatant medical coding error where my routine preventive labs were incorrectly coded as diagnostic. What truly sets him apart is that he takes the time to explain not just what needs to be done, but why - helping me truly understand my condition and treatment. He is also exceptionally detail-oriented, which gives me complete confidence in his care.
Stanford primary care clinic Santa Clara is amazing. Mr. Eric Crizer and MD Neha Narula I highly recommend, they’re good people, very sweet, nice, and very caring towards me. They’re a great np and md to be working at Stanford. Good customers service is rare and here it’s excellent.
