I’ve been living here almost 5 months now and I absolutely LOVE IT!! It’s quite, well maintained, most importantly... The most AMAZING staff!! They are caring and excellent maintenance staff as well. So, I highly recommend this property to any one looking for a new place!!
Management is awful! A new company took over and the agreement I had with the management before the new owners took over was "lost" so they turned me in to a collection agency and screwed my credit. The buildings are not taken care of properly either. They also let kids run wild and disturb tenants.
I will not lie at all, at first glance, the apartments in the back kind of threw me off. They almost look like dorms. BUT I was wrong. You can't read a book by its cover. This place is absolutely awesome. Awesome landlords. Great, quiet place for the most part and the utility bill is CHEAP! Always nice. No kids running around screaming. No rude neighbors. No crime at all to worry about. I would definitely stay if I didn't have friends counting on me already. Two thumbs way up!
