I’m actually overjoyed with the staff at this clinic-ALL of them. I walk in and am immediately recognized by name, automatically checked in without having to alert anyone or stand in line and sat comfortably. The clinic itself is maybe not the newest or exciting but always clean, organized and comfortable. All techs, student docs and MD’s are amazing! Even though it takes me over two hours to drive in, I never feel as if that time was wasted.

Worst receptionist. Does not listen to questions a patient asks. I was sitting in waiting room and tried to explain what they wanted to know and she kicked me out of waiting area. Where another patient had come in bleeding from surgery still bleeding. He had to sit there till Dr could see him, fine, but in the waiting room bleeding. Delivery guy came in and she was out chatting, no hurry to take care of people when she is 'taking a break'. He has places to go.

Dr. Hernandez is the very best stellar role model doctor you could ever get professionally cared for. I’m so grateful he chose to become a doctor because he’s a really really wonderful person who is such an expert and precise and what he does. His supporting staff is so caring as well.

Dr Franco and the staff are super caring, courteous and knowledgeable about my son’s care and well being. Dr Franco has taken the time at each appointment to listen, discuss all my questions, concerns and treatment options. Dr Franco has taken on the care of my son where many other drs have failed to even try to help or pushed me away. Dr Franco is truly a gem for Stanford patients and also his staff where he teaches them and grows the practice to care about patients needs regardless of the challenges they may poses.
