I called today to leave a message for my daughter’s team after waiting 15 minutes on hold. The person I spoke with was so rude. She kept putting me on hold was very condescending. . Worse customer service ever. If we could go elsewhere we would.
Everyone seemed very nice and professional. They did extensive testing for a year and a half. A doctor gave me the diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia over the phone (a progressive, fatal disease with no treatment or cure), then I was dropped like a hot rock. Crickets for over a year. In the end, no help and no compassion.
