I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. I have always been met with kindness and understanding from every staff member, parking attendant, etc. They gave me hope when I didn’t have any. Dr. Bui, Julia, Greysha, Lorena, etc. (there’s so many others) have continued to make me feel hopeful, at ease, and cared for. I no longer feel like a mystery that nobody wants to solve. I finally feel like I have a team on my side. Thank you for all that you do!
Do not freeze your eggs here; they are requiring patients to transfer eggs after 5 years. Clinics do not accept transferred eggs because the transferring process destroys eggs. The doctors and staff know this, but this is what they chosen to do to make room for more eggs and maximize profits. They have partnered with a provider in different state to transfer frozen eggs, which means the eggs will be transferred twice, if you can find a clinic to accept them. The Stanford staff is great. Nurse practitioner, Robyn, is very kind, supportive, and a great listener. Phlebotomist, Sandra, is incredibly gentle. I did not feel the needle at all.
