Worst experience. Dr. Mielke was completely cold and inattentive. He didn’t take time to explain our issues. Ended up spending 10s of thousands of dollars with no results. They approached the process like a business transaction. The facility only has Stanford’s name, not the quality you’d expect. Painful experience for me and my wife.
Brandon provided great customer service to my husband and I. Very professional and polite and made us feel at ease during the check in process.
