We recently visited Town and Country Pediatrics with our 8-year-old daughter, who had been experiencing a persistent fever ranging from 38°C to 40°C for five days. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Gianna Frazee at Town and Country Pediatrics left much to be desired. Prior to this visit, we were seeing Dr. Ullom, who unfortunately left the clinic. Don't book on ZocDoc. Even if you've booked several days in advance, they won't honor your appointment or contact you to to let you know it's not valid, even if you have a child who is sick. They will however send you an automated appointment reminder (?!). Very frustrating when you're trying to find care for your child. The office staff was also not particularly kind given their error.

Great doctors, especially the now retired Dr Bernstein. However, the office management is horrible. The officer manager wrongly billed us, never responded to our letters regarding that matter or returned our calls or reacted to the ask to call us we left with the front desk. Suddenly we get mail from a collection agency, we requested the documentation and it was full of lies, the collection agency dropped the case after we explained the matter to them.
