Extremely fast service, when I went up for an appointment, everybody was super nice. Solved my nerve damage problem insanely quick and had a very calm atmosphere.
It is a very long wait to become an established patient but it is definitely worth it. I love the attention they have towards my 3 month old. They answer all of my questions and explain everything very throughly.
Absolutely TERRIBLE service. They never pick up the phone and it’s very difficult to get ahold of anyone.
Had to wait over an hour to drop off pre-collected urine sample. Most of the labs it is a straight drop off in a window. They could have given sticker with the collection box initially and could have had a dedicated place to drop off.
We even have not started the first visit, there are already lots of issues with the referral. I called in January and set up February 18. Then no one called me to say that there was an issue with the referral. A month of back and forth with our doctor, we are referred to see nutritionist And then they said we should be referred to eating disorder. Now we are back to Nutrition department.
