Their billing department might be commiting fraud. We have kaiser insurance and kaiser told us that they would cover everything. Stanford keeps trying to go around kaiser and bill us directly. Kaiser told us that was wrong and shouldn't be happening. Now Stanford is trying to send the amount to collections. I wonder how many people have paid these bills when they didn't have to or how many people have been wrongly sent to collections and had their credit ruined because of Stanford.

I went to this hospital for a stomach pain in one occasion a Asian female doctor said:don’t comeback u don’t have anything, but i comeback this past 02/13/26because i still feeling pain and i have a ball in my pelvic area.i was sitting there for 5 hours they do bloodwork, then after they send me to do a ct-scan with contrast with out be prepared with IV, very negligent , when I arrived to the ct-scan ,I tell them that they don’t put my ;iv line , l tell them that this is very negligent. They kept us in a hallway for more then three hours to then tell us that we would be moving to a room

The pediatrician abused a woman during labor. That conduct is unforgivable.

I lost a baby girl 7 days old there in 1975 , and my wife of 54 years there in 2025 , with liver problems , she's there 28 days , and never made it to the liver ward , guess they didn't care enough ,
