I had a visit to Dr. Maloney on Mon, Feb 10. While the visit was ok, I've waited for test results till Friday. Nery C messaged me and said they will send the prescription to the pharmacy till the rest of the day. Of course, it wasn't there. I sent messages, called on Monday - no response. Really untrustworthy clinicians. Like everything else in American healthcare, they prioritize dubious billing practices over care. The quality of care is egregiously bad. Clinicians communicate with pharmacists about changes in essential medications, but not with patients. If you need medical care in the States, either a) go to Mexico and pay out of pocket, or, b) immigrate to another country with more controls on medical billing.
