Staff is great, however, Stanfords internal operating procedures are terrible. I have been satisfied for years, now, not so much... They do everything possible to charge you more!
Very efficient! Walked right in and didn’t even wait over 5 minutes. Receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. No substitute for Stanford Health Care

Tan, M.D si uno le pide ayuda para q te traduzca te deja esperando se va atender otro paciente si uno pide ayuda es porque no entiendo todo al 100 % pero los latinos aquí no somos bien tratados por ella yo no conozco y busco asistencia médica no se donde ir esto es muy frustrarte en mi caso, espero les ayude a personas q pasen por esto hay q traer alguien q te ayude porque ella aquí no lo hace, es por necesidad q uno viene.
