Most of the people I encountered were helpful and professional. However, the woman who took me into the treatment area and checked me in was hostile, aggressive, and made derogatory comments to me. She clearly felt I shouldn't be there, but instead of simply saying "Urgent Care isn't the correct venue for you, you should do such-and-such," she insulted me.
