I recently sold a one-bedroom condo with Matt and Stephanie. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. Matt coordinated last-second maintenance to add polish to the listing, even doing some small fixes himself. In addition, both helped navigate the timing of the listing, coordinated some seriously impressive staging and photography, and advised on negotiations with the buyer. Despite the soft condo market, I was under contract within a week!
