This clinic has got to be the RUDEST AND MOST RIDICULOUS clinic ever. They have a 10 min grace period and then if you are even 11 min late (which I was) they mark you as a no show and ban you from being seen - treating their patients like punished children. There was no call from them on their end to see if I was on my way and no one answered the phone when I called to make sure they knew I was facing traffic and on my way.
