I wanted to give a shout out the Jake Schram with Stanford & Feuerborn Home Appraisals....I have worked with Scott Stanford over the years on numerous home appraisals and this spring had the opportunity to meet one of his new appraisers, Jake Schram....Jake was a real pro...he was thoughtful ( it was a cold rainy day and made sure he wore booties throughout the house) and explained the process to the seller. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain the process to the seller! Good Job Jake!!!
