You can only take $500 out of the ATM (standard, no surprise there) but it's a no cash location otherwise. That really threw me off. Besides that it's a solid branch. I appreciate the response. But I wasn't offered the opportunity to increase my daily ATM limit when I went there and informed the staff I needed > $500. I'm disappointed by that. I really could've used the help.
Provides very competitive (if not the best) rates and always helpful with finances. The app is easy to use and applications are easy to submit and track.
Stanford Federal Credit Union is the most incompetent, useless, anti-customer financial institution you can find. They harassed me non stop about making additional payments while already knowing I had lost my job and was on a payment plan. They do everything possible in their power to deny legitimate disputes. Utilizing Agent IQ for customer service. It’s AI “customer service” and there’s no good reason any banking institution should force clients to use AI that is 2nd and 3rd party. Avoid this Stanford Federal Credit Union.
Fantastic experience so far. I opened an auto loan with them, and the entire process was seamless. Special thanks to Destinee Shenas (Specialist) for guiding me through everything and being incredibly helpful, and to Delia V. Moreno (Sr. Consumer Lending Specialist) for keeping me informed throughout the approval process and ensuring I received my funds promptly.
