aquí no son profesionales vine de emergencia con mi bebé de dos años y no me lo atendieron se la pasan platicando comiendo y asiendo nada y no les importa que uno esté esperando ahí tuve que ver también como se iba otra mamá con su niño con capacidades diferentes y no les importó se supone que si uno viene a este lugar de emergencia es porque es emergencia pero no les importa el peor lugar 😐
I will never bring my kids to stanford again. I brought my son in for a fever and the doctor Guillermo Alberto de Angulo, did not properly asses him, yet in all the clinical notes it says he did an assesment. All he did was touch his neck and stomach. I had to wait until Monday to take my son to his pediatrician since I knew something was wrong and she did a thorough assesment, turns out he has a terrible ear infection!! Dont bring your kids here!
Both of my toddlers were vomiting and feeling awful. We went to the emergency room in the middle of the night. During admission, they gave them anti-vomit medication and told us they could not drink water. We waited FIVE hours, the kids were crying, they were thirsty, and looking dehydrated. We decided to leave. Even worse, now we have to pay 1000 dollars!!!!!! for the kids for being admitted (they charge more than 2000 to Anthem). I cannot believe I will be paying 2000 dollars for seeing my kids suffering 5 hours in the mid... read more
Horrible place. Do not expect any care here but hours of waiting. Every two hours they come ask the same question again and again and then disappear for next one hour and then repeat. Have been waiting in ER for over 5 hours now without being told what is happening, no care for my son and also not a single doctor visited so far. All they say doctor will come. Emergency care is not really for emergency. Try to manage at home until you can see your GP. Coming here is of no use care wise. Just adds more frustration and high bil... read more
