Don’t come here! I used to have good experience at Stanford ER, so I assumed it’s pediatric ER is good too, but I was terribly wrong! I waited there for 2 hours with my 2yo toddler on a bed in the hallway. No one told me when the doctor will come here and what is the next step, etc. finally after 2 hours of waiting, the doctor finally came. He wasn’t engaged with my case, was rude examining my baby. I am so regretting coming here. It was a mistake.
Extremely long wait time and poor service quality. None of the staff were helpful. Don't bother coming here is you have a minor emergency. They will charge to an Arm and a leg just to be seen. They will lock you in and keep you there until they have met their billing requirements and then kick you out onto the street. Your insurance will pay the max to them cause they have a deal. If you don't have insurance, go somewhere better where they care about the patients and not the bottom line.
