Absolutely TERRIBLE service. They never pick up the phone and it’s very difficult to get ahold of anyone.
Had to wait over an hour to drop off pre-collected urine sample. Most of the labs it is a straight drop off in a window. They could have given sticker with the collection box initially and could have had a dedicated place to drop off.
We even have not started the first visit, there are already lots of issues with the referral. I called in January and set up February 18. Then no one called me to say that there was an issue with the referral. A month of back and forth with our doctor, we are referred to see nutritionist And then they said we should be referred to eating disorder. Now we are back to Nutrition department. My child has been a patient here for 2 years or so, I have nothing but great things to say about this place especially regarding Dr. Kennedy, he is by far the most helpful, caring, and supportive Doctor ever, my child always feels safe, and brave to go to the doctors because Dr. Kennedy is always so welcoming, uplifting and kind, I would recommend anyone to see Dr. Kennedy in urology.
