Great hospital and staff are nice. I look forward to coming here every year for my appointment! The decoration of this place is awesome. When I was admitted here, my nurses took excellent care of me and surgery went well.
I love Stanford, but my 2-day stay was horrible. I was transferred from Emanuel Medical Center, and upon my arrival my nurse for the night said “as you are over 12 years old, you have to take a pregnancy test” the truth is, I am not over 12, I am 12. It was pretty much okay after that, but I had to get surgery and at the recovery unit I woke up and realized that my pants and underwear were gone. I started crying and a social worker came into my room and advised me that they should've told me or asked for my consent to drain ... read more
