I've had a great experience with Children's Home Pharmacy most of the time. They're usually very responsive and stay on top of everything. This time, however, I was running low on formula and faced delays while they coordinated with the nutritionist and insurance — something they've been much quicker at in the past. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend them for their overall reliability and helpful service.
Ran out of formula as we are from out of state, here for heart surgery at Lucile Packard. Within hours the incredible person I worked with (so sorry I’ve forgotten her name) helped me get formula and was just so friendly and helpful! Called me several times and was just on top of it the whole time. Definitely 5 stars!!! Thanks so much!!!
