An array of offices here. Came in for a blood draw 5min after they opened (# 165). I was in & out in 18minutes.
Have tried this place twice. Agent was very late to open the lab - 15 minutes once and 10 minutes the other. The staff was kind (though couldn’t solve the issue of having a digital copy of the lab order) but the Lead who we called in to help was rude, lacked empathy, and was not helpful or solution oriented. She even intentionally mispronounced my name which is unprofessional and disrespectful. Suggest going elsewhere if you can.
