After transferring to Oak Street Health where I felt endangered by untrained staff, I then transferred to Corwell Health because it was closer to my house and I was aging. My daughter wanted me to go to Oak Street Health because they go above and beyond but they have a ways to go to be safe. I believe they are owned by CVS.
