I was referred by my cardiologist to them. When I was transferred they said that they wanted to see records of my diagnosis (reflex mediated syncope) so I emailed them. They haven't gotten back to me and I keep trying- this was several months ago. When I used to live in the bay and had a 2 week EKG by Stanford it took 6 months to get the results. A lot of apathy and gaslighting here.
I was referred to this clinic by my physician at Sutter Health and went once for testing and a second time for followup doctor visit. Both appointments were some of the most thorough I have ever experienced. The follow up doctor visit with Irina Kuromova was the most comprehensive neurological exam I have ever had and she was one of the most informative and personable clinicians I have ever met - and very encouraging, which is what I needed after having been ill for so long. Sadly forced to warn other Zebras to run. Do not waste your time please listen to all of these reviews are no joke I didn't listen .
My oncologist tried to refer me but was rejected. Quite frankly, I was reconsidering going some place else after reading the reviews before my referral was denied. They don't seem like they want to see patients.
