I HAD TO CALL BACK UNTIL YOU GET THE OLDER LADY KNOWS ALL THE INFO THE YOUNG BUNNYS JUST WAVE YOU ON! IE NEW AMERICA....UNFORTUNATE ONLY A FEW KNOW THE DETAILS ON HOW TO GET TESTED FIRST THEN PROCEED BUT I BELIEVE THE FUNDING ISSUE IS PART OF THE DYNAMICS TO THEIR PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORE THEN LIKELY IS THE PART THEY ARE NOT SAYING! :) YES THEY HAVE A NEED FOR BETTER WEBSITE INFO DIRECTIONS FOR DR REFERALS. THEY CALLED MY DR OFFICE NEVER GOT THE CALL. I was referred by my cardiologist to them. When I was transferred they said that they wanted to see records of my diagnosis (reflex mediated syncope) so I emailed them. They haven't gotten back to me and I keep trying- this was several months ago. When I used to live in the bay and had a 2 week EKG by Stanford it took 6 months to get the results. A lot of apathy and gaslighting here.

I was referred to this clinic by my physician at Sutter Health and went once for testing and a second time for followup doctor visit. Both appointments were some of the most thorough I have ever experienced. The follow up doctor visit with Irina Kuromova was the most comprehensive neurological exam I have ever had and she was one of the most informative and personable clinicians I have ever met - and very encouraging, which is what I needed after having been ill for so long. My oncologist tried to refer me but was rejected. Quite frankly, I was reconsidering going some place else after reading the reviews before my referral was denied. They don't seem like they want to see patients.
