I was referred by my cardiologist to them. When I was transferred they said that they wanted to see records of my diagnosis (reflex mediated syncope) so I emailed them. They haven't gotten back to me and I keep trying- this was several months ago. When I used to live in the bay and had a 2 week EKG by Stanford it took 6 months to get the results. My oncologist tried to refer me but was rejected. Quite frankly, I was reconsidering going some place else after reading the reviews before my referral was denied. They don't seem like they want to see patients.

Rejected a referral from my cardiologist, however they didn’t notify me or my referring doctor. When I called to follow up about the referral thats when they said it was rejected but no note of why. The person I spoke to offered zero help or kindness when I asked about the next steps.
