06.26.26 Had custom ear moulds done by Dr. Daniel Park, AuD. He was very gentle and thorough. Only cost $50/pair (left and right) out of pocket. Brought them over to Sunnyvale Costco Hearing Aid Center where custom domes are $52.99 each. They outsource the custom tip manufacturing and after the 3rd party scans the moulds in I will get them back to hold on to. Exorbitant charge for simple audiology exam.1200$ that will be lost likely be out of pocket .
Samantha Brooke Sekator, is absolutely wonderful. Difficult to find people who are good at their job and go out of their way to give you excellent service.
Staff and level of healthcare are great, but it's very difficult to get an appointment (3-4 months lead time) and parking is IMPOSSIBLE...
Had very good experiences with this place a few years ago. More recently it's been long hold times on the phone and very long lead times for appointments (3-4 months or more). I might need to look elsewhere.
