Staff and level of healthcare are great, but it's very difficult to get an appointment (3-4 months lead time) and parking is IMPOSSIBLE...
Had very good experiences with this place a few years ago. More recently it's been long hold times on the phone and very long lead times for appointments (3-4 months or more). I might need to look elsewhere.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Pathetic.
Excellent facility, state of the art equipment and the audiologist was excellent. He answered all my questions as well as giving vital information on the state of my hearing. He discussed what type of hearing aid would be best for me.
months of waiting for established patients, no parking, have to use the phone to contact them. Not in touch with their patients.
