Excellent facility, state of the art equipment and the audiologist was excellent. He answered all my questions as well as giving vital information on the state of my hearing. He discussed what type of hearing aid would be best for me.

Delayed wait times of over 1.5 hours from your scheduled time. If you take off of work for an appointment, plan for at least half a day, and if it's for a child, good luck keeping them occupied. Audiologists are busy and don't respond to follow up portal messages. Poorly run clinic.
