I've been a patient here for several years, never missed an appointment and never been late (their side can't say the same thing). I had a cleaning appt today at 9. I received a text at 7:30 saying my appointment was cancelled because I didn't confirm. Do I need to be in a relationship with your automated system to hold my appointment?? If I tried to cancel at 7:30 I would have been charged a cancel fee. I had planned my entire morning around this. When I said I would just find a new dentist they responded with "perfect." I changed dentist and came here upon the recommendation from my wife. They have been wonderful in my treatment. They take time to listen to my concerns and make every effort to accommodate me. Glad I switched.
The front desk is excellent as well as the hygienists and dentist. They are a refreshing change from my last dentist.
Awesome! I'm really grateful with Melissa she helps me alot with my anxiety.
