I had an emergency with my dog of 13 yrs old that Standish vet took care of Last month he got real sick and i had to make a decision to put him down. I was heart broken. The owner David Nelligan and staff met me right at the door .The professional and compassion they all showed help me to get though a rough time in my life. He was like my child. Thank you for helping me to get through this .. If anyone wants a caring and loving place to take there pet, go to Standish Vet
All the vets and staff at SVH are excellent. They treat my babies as if they were theirs. Dr. Thompson especially has been amazing with the "kids" , his compassion and caring is amazing and I refer him and all the other vets at Standish to all my friends. Can not go wrong with their expert knowledge and guidance.
I get out of work to a voicemail from the vet. I thought it was to tell me that Meeka was already to come home. It was a message from Carol the vet tech calling to check up on me and to see how I am doing. I think that is the most amazing thing for a person to do out of their own heart. Just to know that they are still thinking of us is absolutely unbelievable. I recommend Standish Vetenary clinic to anyone that wants loving and caring people who will take care of your animals like their own �

The Veterinary team at Standish Veterinary Hospital is amazing!!!
I had an appointment for my cat (Daisy) This coming Tuesday as she wasn't feeling good. I knew Friday night I needed to see if I could get her in Saturday instead as she wasn't looking that good. I called as soon as I got up they fit her right in. It's been 3 days since I have had her looked at so much improvement. As I'm writing this Daisy is laying right next to me on the couch, jumped right up with no problems and came right out of her bedroom. Thank you guys so much. I will call with an update as well.
