This is the best dentist i have ever been to. They're kind, caring, and extremely considerate to those who have a hard time at dentists. I had to have an extraction, and my teeth were very difficult to get out. They were very patient and made sure I was as comfortable as possible considering the circumstances. I greatly appreciate how well they took care of me.
Would rate zero stars. It’s safe to say I will be filing a lawsuit because they caused me to have a seizure in the chair after administering numbing shots, did not give me verbal or visual warning before shoving a giant needle in my mouth, did not put me in the proper seizure recovery position, were overall callous and careless with my treatment and it’s mishandling, and then would not give me the names of those who treated me when I asked even though I am fully legally entitled to request the full names of the people who mi... read more
Use to go here as a kid until one appointment we were running late about 10-15 minutes. Rarely ever happened, my parents were usually ALWAYS 5-10 minutes early. Office staff told my mom over the phone don't bother showing up if you're not on time. Needless to say we never went back. There's a nice dentist place at 117 N Forest St in Standish called Lake Huron Dental, I highly recommend them.
