Staff is patient and professional but prices are not budget friendly at all. Staff is not allowed to price or "quote" anything, which I understand because every dog is different. However it let me know that they will charge up to whatever they "want" for basic procedures. LIke I said, I am sure it is a good place but if you are looking for immediate help for your fur baby with a reasonable price, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. I’m giving this hospital a 1-star review solely because of my experience with Dr. Zachary (Dr. Zack). His demeanor and communication were extremely disappointing. The way he spoke to us came across as condescending, as though he believed he was the only person who understood the situation and that everyone else was incapable of understanding. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this veterinary office. My 10-month-old puppy was taken to the back for vitals, and I did not see her again until more than six hours later. I received very few updates, which was extremely upsetting and made me feel that communication and my concerns as her owner were not being taken seriously. Love this place. Full of friendly faces who love and care for my family.
My Beautiful English bulldog was having some type of medical emergency and passed away suddenly as we were driving him to staniford hospital, that was one of the Hardest things to witness and endure and I just want to Thank Staniford emergency hospital staff for being so kind and patient when we arrived and carefully removing him from our car quickly so my kids wouldn't see him like that.
