I brought my dog, Deogie here three times. Each time the staff was courteous, kind and so respectful. Yesterday we had to put my boy to sleep. I cannot thank you all enough for your compassion and empathetic touch during such a heavy time for myself and my family.
refreshing so this awful experience stays current- also adding specifics about my interaction with Dr Zachary. To add: I called their leadership several times to follow up with my concerns and never got one call back. They responded on this comment well over a year after this occurrence. My dog had to be put down due to Dr Zachary’s misdiagnosis, and then the inability to get her seizures controlled. We unfortunately live in a world where everything is expensive therefore the value of an animal or pets life will depend on if the owner can afford it and it shouldn't be this way. I found a stray beautiful cat who was throwing up, had diarrhea and had orange discharge coming out from her behind. She didnt want to eat or drink water. I took her to this place waited for 15 minutes. The vet assistant took her inside and 1 minutes after she comes out and said that she looked fine. Not personable, unfeeling,, uncaring,, 2 stitches turned into $2000 and I couldn’t do a thing about it. I’d watch my back….
Terrible service and to pricey for medication cost like 4k and we sadly have to put my dog to sleep
