Standguard Aquatics is not professional at all. They will take your money and run. I advise nobody to conduct business with them. I paid $85 for a cabana online for ***** Beach in *****, **. They accepted my payment knowing that ***** Beach was no longer open for business. I called numerous times and no one answered. I left messages and no one returned my call. Standguard aquatics owns the Towamencin Pool in ******** **. They have allowed the pool to fall into disrepair and as a result prior to opening this year they needed to close two of the major pools at the facility. Prior to this they were still offering discounted memberships with full knowledge that the pool would not be functioning. Ive made multiple attempts via email and by phone without any response regarding the $400 I paid for a membership that I cannot use.

Standguard aquatics is the company contracted to run my local pool. The safety measures they have in place are nearly non existent. They have safety breaks for their staff and ALL staff clears the deck while trusting no one will get in the pools. Not one staff member stays on deck to ensure safety of consumers. From what I understand safety breaks are common in the aquatics world, however a few staff typically stay on deck to monitor the pool area(s).
