RecommendedBeen going to this car wash for about 3 years as a monthly member. I have had some problems as can occur. Yes, tire rims were coming out dirtier than going in. I asked about the issue and told a new brush was on order. It was installed about a week later. Problem solved. I had a windshield wiper damaged. The owner called me direct, sent me to a repair shop he already had setup and they fixed it immediately. They installed a new conveyor just last year. Love this place! I’ve been a fast pass member since they opened. I did not use my pass for 6 months and they were able to credit me back those months of membership fees. Before that I would always get a wash once a week at least. Great service every time and always helpful. Highly recommend.
Car was still dirty, water all over it, tire got jammed, rims were still filthy, 5min later armor all on tires was gone almost completely
I left a voicemail and no one returned my call. I want a refund for the horrific car wash done yesterday at your shop. It was $10 and I am taking my business elsewhere. The guy at the entrance didn't even power wash my tires and wheel carriage to remove the dirt and grime. I still had stains on my hood of my car and elsewhere that your special $10 wash was supposed to remove. I call your store and no one even answers. How truly unprofessional.
Thank you for your top notch help today. Had sunscreen sprayed all over paint and windows and you stepped up and helped me save my Tahoe from certain damage. Can’t say enough how thankful I am.
My mechanic ripped off my monthly sticker for washes. Nick was so helpful! resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and nicely! got me a new sticker and i come here all the time :)
