I would rate negative stars if I could. Paid upfront for 3 appliances knowing some were on backorder. One item arrived but we were never told, until it came up when inquiring about timelines on our other items. After months of waiting, we gave up. Ordered elsewhere and received them within two weeks, meanwhile Standard still stated they had no idea if/when we would've got our original order. I don't know how anyone could possibly give this company anything but a 1-star review. Their installations department incorrectly installed a new Jenn Air cooktop that we paid $2,300 for. Their 'installation' could have burned our house down. The cooktop finally blew out major parts and flipped the circuit breaker never designed to service a powerful cooktop. Do not waste your money on a warranty. I paid hundreds of dollars on a 5 year warranty. I have never used it and now between year 4- 5. I spoke with Alicia. After telling her the washing machine would not unlock with work uniforms in it, she said the soonest a repair worker was avail was in 2 days. I asked if someone could simply stop by to unlock it to remove the work uniforms. She said no and I was lucky to have someone avail so soon, typically it is at least a week out. We sold our home and 4 days before we had to vacate, our unitized laundry unit quit working. I called Bob Alexander at the Beaverton location 20 minutes before they closed. He located a unit for me and they delivered it in 2 days! We are very thankful. Call Bob if you need good customer service!

The washing machine broke on Dec. 28th. I went into Standard on Dec. 30 and bought a Speed Queen new washer and dryer for @ $2000.00. Tony was very helpful and provided great service. There was an opening the next day for installment. On Thursday, Dec. 31st, the new washer and dryer were installed and the two guys left....and the washing machine started leaking from the top! I'm very happy with the service I received from Phil fixing my ice maker! Put in a new ice maker, no problem! He even got a HUGE spider off the wall, putting it outside, where it belonged! Thanks so much!!!
