There was a gentleman driving through Howell Michigan in a large box truck. He was not only a reckless driver but also very full of rage. He tried to run me off the road on M-15 for trying to merge as the right lane was ending and he wanted me behind him so badly he slammed on the gas to ensure I couldn’t merge in front of him. Sent an online inquiry through their website 8 days ago. Got an automated response that said someone will be contacting me. I have not received a response. If they did call, they didn't leave a voicemail because I don't pickup numbers I don't recognize. I replied via email 2 days ago and still nothing. I've been trying to get a part for a slider we installed back in October of last year. ( Its August) I've done everything I can to try to get this part and no one is willing to work with me. I seriously don't get it. I absolutely need this part. The customer is furious, frustrated, confused.
